Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before buying.
Physical products — returns
Physical products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description. To initiate a return, email [email protected] with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
Physical products — refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Digital products — no refunds
Digital guides and PDF products are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed. This is because digital files cannot be returned. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing. If you have a genuine technical issue (e.g. the file is corrupted or the download link does not work), contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
Solar Project Passport
The Solar Project Passport service fee of ₹5,000 is refundable only before work on the report begins. Once our team has started the pre-design work, no refund can be issued. If you wish to cancel before work begins, email [email protected] with the subject 'Passport Cancellation' and your order details.
Cancellations
Orders for physical products can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel, email [email protected] with your order number. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible — the return process applies instead.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will send a replacement after the return is processed.
